Use and disclosures

Inquiry records are stored with the website hosting service, using Cloudflare infrastructure. Access is limited to the personnel and service providers needed to handle the inquiry. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and site security. We do not publish submitted inquiries on the website.

The current website implementation does not include advertising pixels, cross-context behavioral advertising, third-party analytics scripts, or a feature that sells inquiry records. This notice does not authorize selling or sharing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If those practices change, the notice and applicable choices must be updated before the new collection or use.

Cookies, browser signals, and external links

The site does not currently set optional advertising or analytics cookies. Hosting or security services may process information necessary to deliver and protect the website. External links, including city permit portals and review platforms, take you to services with separate privacy policies. The current implementation has no sale or advertising-sharing workflow to trigger when a Global Privacy Control signal is received.

California privacy requests

Where the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA, applies, California residents may request access to categories or specific personal information, deletion subject to exceptions, correction, portability of applicable information, opt-out of sale or sharing, and limits on certain uses of sensitive personal information. You may exercise applicable rights without discrimination. We do not ask you to waive these rights.

To request access, correction, deletion, or an opt-out, email projects@kitchenrenovationca.com or call (650) 562-6295. Identify the request and the email used for your inquiry. Do not send identity documents by email. We may ask for limited information reasonably needed to verify the request. Authorized agents may submit requests with evidence of permission and any legally required verification.

Requests are handled under the response periods and exceptions required by applicable law. Access, deletion, and correction requests generally require confirmation within 10 business days and a substantive response within 45 calendar days, subject to a permitted extension with notice. Opt-out requests do not require the same identity verification. These rights depend on applicable law and the operator’s legal obligations.
